In order to improve the employability of graduates and promote the high-quality employment of graduates of School, on September 21, the School of Marxism held a resume-making training session. The session invited Ms. Zhu Li, business director of the Career Development Center and global career planner.

At the beginning of the meeting, Ms. Zhu Li asked everyone to make a personal introduction in turn, and led to the focus of resume making through personal introduction. That is, targeted, authentic and innovative. Secondly, Ms. Zhu Li talked about the preparation before making the resume: self-analysis is needed, and the preparation materials include the summary of skills and the listing of the needs of the employer. Resume appearance requirements: no typos, clear printing, appropriate line spacing, no negative information, no use of long sentences. Then, Ms. Zhu Li introduced the 'star' method of describing personal experience to the students, the award-winning experience should be classified or written according to time, the practical experience should be close to the job, and the personal hobby should highlight the job matching personality.

Ms. Zhu Li also mentioned some small details, that is, according to professional, hobbies, specialties to build a resume. Prepare a one-minute self-introduction for on-site delivery; check whether the mail delivery is successful. Finally, Ms. Zhu Li provided an example to the students through an excellent case, and let the students exchange resumes for revision.

Li Gang made a summary speech of this training session, talking about graduates need to establish employment confidence, combined with own advantages and job needs to beautify resumes, improve job hunting skills.

This lecture is full of content and practical, to help graduates grasp the practical knowledge and skills of resume making, broaden the career path of graduates, help students to further establish a correct view of employment, clear employment goals, enhance job search confidence. In the future, the career guidance seminar series activities of School will be carried out regularly, aiming to enhance students' job hunting competitiveness, promote students' cognition of career planning, and achieve more adequate and higher quality employment.
